- Qaiser Abbas is the Founder & Chief Inspiring Officer, Possibilities ®, a leading management training & consulting company, operating internationally with head office in Pakistan. As an organizational Psychologist, Qaiser specialized in using experiential learning methodology in outdoor training. He pioneered the concepts of ‘trainment’ and ‘Management By Adventure’ (MBA) to bring greater purpose, meaning and excitement to the business of learning and development. He has facilitated outdoor learning experiences for a number of leading companies and businesses such as Coca Cola, P&G, Ufone, Nokia-Siemens, Telenor, Haier, KSB, ORIX, Total, Reckitt Benckiser and Hinopak etc. His recent publication ‘Outclass Teams’ is the first book on team-building written by a Pakistani author.
